Warranty Information 

The Window Company Ltd offers the following warranties, supported by our local and global
partners:

• uPVC profiles Durability: Veka AD70/58- 20 years in service Plain White.
• 
    10 years. color fastness and resistance to weathering Plain White.
• 
  
• 5 years. color fastness and resistance to weathering Color foil

Glass: 10 Years

All Glass has passed AS 2407 and has AS4666 & AS/NZS2208 stamped on Glass

Hardware:
Stays, hinges, gearboxes and handles – 10 years.
Flag hinges – 1 year
Cylinders – 2 years

The Window Company Ltd. accepts responsibility for the warranty of the following:

All products  against faulty workmanship and/or materials for a period of two years after manufacture.
The warranty shall become invalid where repairs are carried out by any person not authorised by the Company.
The warranty may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Company if full payment for product has not been received.
Any warranty claim shall be in writing to the Company within 14 days of any defect becoming apparent.
